Whiteboard Studio

Explainers your audience watches to the end — drawn by hand.

Pick what you’re making — a lesson, a compliance module, a psychology video, a bedtime story, a Short — then type a topic, paste a script or upload a PDF. Whiteboard Studio writes the narration the way that niche is written, designs every scene, casts the same characters from the first board to the last, and draws it all stroke by stroke in real handwriting, with studio-mastered sound. Review and edit the storyboard before the render if you want total control.

  • 43 niche looks: lessons, training, data, health, money, food, travel, kids, faith, Shorts
  • Charts, mind maps, funnels and quizzes drawn from your script

Made for your niche

Choose what you’re making. The whole video follows.

A look is more than a colour scheme. It decides how the narration is written — a lesson defines its terms, a training module shows the wrong way and the right way, a book summary numbers its big ideas, a bedtime story keeps it gentle — how each scene is staged, who appears in it, and the board, pen, colours and captions it is drawn with. Thirty-five looks across thirteen niches, each one editable down to the last setting. Each look also sets its pace — slow for a lecture or a bedtime story, balanced for an explainer, fast for a Short — and its board, pen and the hand that draws, so a compliance module and a kids’ story are not the same video with different words.

  • Education: classroom lessons, quiz lessons, maths & science boards, study notes, lectures, know-your-rights
  • Business & training: data stories, business frameworks, SaaS stories, pitches, case studies, compliance, onboarding, safety
  • Health & money: patient education, calm-mind wellbeing, nutrition myths, personal finance, market chalk talks
  • Channels: infographic explainers, psychology, book summaries, Stoic wisdom, history, how-it-works, AI & tech
  • Kids & faith: bedtime stories, early learning, Islamic reminders, Bible stories
  • Shorts: did-you-know facts and scroll-stopping ads, vertical with captions

A cast, not clip art

The same people from the first scene to the last.

Every video has a cast — a host, a friend, an expert, a boss, a customer, a child, an elder — and each role is the same person all the way through. Fifteen characters, including a doctor, a teacher, a worker in a hard hat, a woman in hijab, children and grandparents, each drawn in thirteen poses and nine moods. They point at what matters, think in clouds, argue in pairs and hold up the line you need remembered, and they always face into the frame. A health look casts the doctor; a kids’ story is led by a child.

  • Consistent characters across the whole video — no new face every scene
  • 13 poses and 9 moods, matched to what each line of narration says
  • Speech and thought balloons, placards, conversations between two people
  • 115 hand-drawn illustrations built in — anything else is illustrated on demand

Designed, not guessed

Every scene is a layout a designer would draw.

Scenes are built from twenty-five designed layouts — title cards, big pictures, picture-and-points, stats drawn huge, before-and-after comparisons, step-by-step processes, timelines, definitions, quotes, questions, conversations, and the ten diagrams below. Words never land on top of each other, never run off the board and never sit under the captions, and vertical videos get layouts made for a phone rather than a shrunken landscape board.

  • 25 scene layouts, 10 of them diagrams, chosen to fit what each line says
  • Nothing overlaps, nothing runs off the edge, captions stay clear
  • Vertical 9:16 layouts designed for the phone
  • Each scene drawn at full size — the camera tours the board panel by panel

Diagrams, not bullet points

Your numbers become a chart. Your framework becomes a diagram.

When the narration compares numbers, the board draws them as a bar, line or pie chart — the numbers that are said, labelled and to scale. An idea with parts becomes a mind map, a loop becomes a cycle, stages that narrow become a funnel, a hierarchy becomes a pyramid, two axes become a 2×2 matrix, shared ground becomes a Venn diagram, a formula is written out large and a comparison becomes a table. A question to the viewer becomes a quiz, with the right answer circled the moment the narration gives it. Every diagram is drawn by hand, shaded in your board’s colours, and laid out for a vertical Short as carefully as for widescreen.

  • Bar, line and pie charts drawn to scale from the numbers in your script
  • Mind maps, cycles, funnels, pyramids, 2×2 matrices, Venn diagrams and tables
  • Equations written large for maths, science and finance
  • Quizzes that circle the right answer as the narration reveals it

Believably hand-made

Real handwriting. A real hand. Colour that fills in.

Text is written in a genuine handwriting hand, letter by letter, following the shape of each character the way a marker lays ink down — in every script we support, not a font fading in. A photographed hand in your choice of skin tone holds the pen, its forearm running off the frame. Drawings fill in full colour, as a two-colour print in your ink and accent, or stay as pure line art. Between scenes the board is wiped with an eraser, or the camera pans across to the next panel.

  • Handwriting drawn stroke by stroke — Latin, Urdu Nastaliq, Arabic, Hindi and more
  • Full colour, two-colour print, or ink only
  • 8 boards and 4 pens, with your own ink, accent and handwriting font
  • Eraser swipe, camera pan or fade between scenes
  • “Draw my image”: your logo or diagram traced and drawn live — free

Sounds finished

Ready to publish the moment it renders.

The narration is mastered for streaming — levelled to the −14 LUFS platforms play at, in 48 kHz stereo — so your videos are never the quiet one in the feed. Background music dips under the voice and comes back in the pauses. Captions and the downloadable subtitle file follow your script’s own spelling, names included, timed word by word to the voice, in any of 50+ caption styles.

  • Narration mastered to streaming loudness, 48 kHz stereo
  • Music that ducks under the voice and comes back in the pauses
  • Word-timed captions in 50+ styles, spelt from your script
  • A YouTube title, description with chapters, tags and a thumbnail drawn on your board
  • Also delivered: .srt subtitles, board stills, optional transparent version

You stay in control

Review and edit every scene before you pay for the render.

Turn on storyboard review and Whiteboard Studio splits the job in two: a storyboard fee plans every scene for your approval, and the render fee is only charged when you press go. See every scene with its characters and pictures, drag anything to reposition it, rewrite text, edit the narration line by line, or ask the AI to redraw a scene for 2 credits. The total price is identical to the one-click flow.

  • Optional two-step billing: storyboard first, render on approval
  • Full editor: drag, rewrite, swap pictures, add or delete elements
  • AI scene redraw with your instructions — 2 credits per scene
  • One-click flow stays the default: pick a look, type a topic, get a video

FAQ

Asked, answered.

Do I need to know how to draw or animate?+

No. Pick a look, type a topic and the AI writes the narration, designs every scene and draws the whole video. Everything stays editable if you want to fine-tune.

What is a look?+

A look is a complete style for one niche — a classroom lesson, a compliance module, a book summary, a bedtime story, a Short. It sets how the narration is written, how scenes are staged, which characters appear, the pace the video is cut at, and the board, pen, colours and captions. There are 35, and you can change any part of the one you pick.

Can it draw charts and diagrams?+

Yes. When the narration compares or tracks numbers, the board draws them as a bar, line or pie chart, to scale and labelled with the numbers that are said. Ideas with parts become mind maps; loops become cycles; stages become funnels; hierarchies become pyramids; and there are 2×2 matrices, Venn diagrams, tables, equations and quizzes that circle the right answer as it is revealed. You can see and edit every diagram in the storyboard before the render.

Will my video be the length I chose?+

Yes. The narration is written to the length you choose and paced to it, and the video ends on the finished board a beat after the last word. If a video ever comes in more than a few seconds short, the credits for the missing time are refunded automatically — the render fee, when storyboard review is on.

Will the characters look the same all video?+

Yes. Each video has a fixed cast — a host, a friend, an expert and so on — and each role is the same person from the first scene to the last, in whatever pose and mood the line calls for.

Can it really draw my logo?+

Yes. Upload a PNG, JPG or WebP of your logo or diagram and it is traced into pen strokes — you see a preview of exactly what will be drawn, then the hand draws it in your intro, outro or both. The upload itself is never stored, and tracing is free.

Which languages work?+

Narration works in 100+ languages, and the board writes native scripts correctly — including Urdu in Nastaliq style, Hindi, Arabic, Bengali and Pakistani regional languages. Every script is drawn letter by letter the same way English is, not faded in. Captions follow the narration language.

Does it help me publish the video?+

Yes. When the render finishes you get a YouTube title, a description with chapters placed at the real scene starts (on videos over 90 seconds), tags, hashtags and a question to pin under the video — plus a thumbnail of the video’s hook drawn on your board by the same hand, the host pointing at it. Copy each one straight into YouTube, or edit it first.

Is the audio ready to publish?+

Yes. Narration is mastered to the −14 LUFS loudness streaming platforms play at, in 48 kHz stereo, and background music automatically dips under the voice. Captions and subtitles use your script’s own spelling.

What does it cost?+

Videos are 30 credits per minute at 720p (15 credits per 30 seconds): ×1.2 at 1080p, ×1.7 at 1440p and ×2.6 at 4K. Illustrated scenes are ×1.5 and an optional talking presenter adds 15 credits per minute. Credits are shared across all ReVidGen studios, and failed generations are refunded automatically.

Will my channel stay monetized?+

Every finished video comes with a quality and monetization report: how much of the script repeats your earlier videos, how much the boards vary from scene to scene, whether the topic is one where YouTube does not monetize an AI voice posing as an expert, and whether the file carries content credentials. It is a checklist against YouTube's 2026 inauthentic-content policy, not a guarantee; the editorial choices are yours.

Can I change the narration after the video is done?+

Yes. Edit any scene's narration on the project page and re-render: every board stays exactly as it was, the previous video is kept, and only the voice and the frames are made again. A re-render costs 40% of the video's price, at least 5 credits.

What is storyboard review?+

An optional two-step flow. The storyboard fee (20 credits/min) plans every scene for you to review and edit — drag elements, rewrite text, redraw scenes with AI for 2 credits each. The render fee (10 credits/min at 720p, plus quality extras) is only charged when you approve. The total equals the one-click price.

How long can a whiteboard video be?+

From 15 seconds up to 60 full minutes in a single video on a paid plan (up to 5 minutes on the free plan) — long enough for complete lessons and lectures. Long videos are planned part by part, so quality stays consistent throughout.

Is there a vertical format for Shorts and Reels?+

Yes. The Shorts looks — and the Shorts preset for any look — switch to 9:16 with a hook-first opening, layouts designed for the phone and big captions, for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels and TikTok.
