Captions are always free. Resolution multipliers apply to per-minute video rates, and unused credits expire 30 days after they are granted.
Questions about pricing
What is a credit?
Credits are how every studio is priced. A plan adds credits to one balance and each studio draws on it at its own rate: 4 credits a minute of voiceover, 18 a minute of talking-avatar video, 2 an image. On Creator a credit costs about $0.009.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Credits expire 30 days after they are granted, and each monthly renewal replaces whatever is left with the new month's credits.
How do the free credits work?
A new account gets 150 credits with no card: 60 when you confirm your email address and 90 more when your first render finishes. They work in every studio.
What happens if a render fails?
If a render fails because of a fault on our side, its credits go back to your balance automatically. If they ever do not, tell us and we re-credit them.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from Billing in your account settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date and the plan does not renew; you keep the plan and its credits until the end of the period you paid for, and the account then moves to the Free plan.
Can I buy more credits without changing plan?
Yes. Credit packs start at $15 for 1,200 credits, from Billing in your account settings. They join the same balance as your plan's credits, so a renewal replaces whatever is left of them too.
Can I get a refund?
A plan or credit pack you have not used can be refunded on request within 7 days of payment. Credits already spent are not refundable. Read the Refund Policy.
